What is this position? 

This is a bookkeeping position working under a head bookkeeper.

What are the requirements?

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, very trust-worthy, interested in a long-term career, and willing to learn. Two years work place experience as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks is a requirement. 
Preferably someone who lives in near Beacon, NY, although special consideration for remote work may be shown based on the experience of the applicant and the needs of the company. 

Is this a full-time position?
No, it is part-time position of about 16 hours per week to start (hours may increase from there). 

What is the pay?
Pay is dependent on experience and can be discussed further during an interview. 

Is it work from home?
This position is mostly work from home, with the occasional need to work alongside the owner of the company in-person (of course with PPE and within COVID restrictions)

What is this position?
This is a paid internship where the applicant will gain work experience in the field pf bookkeeping and payroll.

What are the requirements?
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, very trust-worthy, interested in a long-term career, and willing to learn.  Applicant must have completed or be currently enrolled in an accounting, bookkeeping or QuickBooks course, or have had experience using QuickBooks in the work place.  Preferably someone who lives in near Beacon, NY, although special consideration for remote work may be shown based on the experience of the applicant and the needs of the company.

No, schedule is to be discussed and flexibility will be shown for the applicant’s school schedule.  

What is the pay?
Pay is dependent on experience and can be discussed further during an interview.

This is dependent on the needs of the company, some work may be required in-person (of course with PPE and within COVID restrictions)
