Payroll Services 

One-Time Setup Fee of $150
Then a Monthly Fee

Our payroll service fee is based on the frequency of payroll runs and the number of employees per payroll. It will automatically be withdrawn from your business checking account on the last day of each month

Included in the Monthly Fee: 

Processing of payroll checks for each pay period for each employee
Payment of all payroll taxes to the Federal and State taxing agencies
Preparation of payroll packets that include payroll summary reports and employee pay stubs 

Additional fees not included in the monthly fee:

Direct Deposit | Fee is dependent on transfer method used 
Submittal of quarterly/annual Federal and State payroll tax forms required | $47 per quarter 
Additional payroll checks run outside of normally scheduled payroll | $22 per check
Wage Garnishment check | $11 per check 
W2 Form printing | Base Price $85 + $8 per form 
Vendor Payment | $5 per check 
Retirement Plan Deposit | $13 per employee
